Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover ucardly.com ("the site") and any paid report bought through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, stop using the site.
1. The free site
Articles, guides, and tools are free and provided as-is. There is no account, and the tools run in your browser — the numbers you type into the converter or the quote tool are not sent to us.
We do not promise the site will be available, current, or error-free. Fees, card terms, and regulations change constantly, and some of the figures on this site are typical market ranges rather than live quotes from any one provider.
2. This is not advice
Everything here is for education. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset or to use any particular provider. We are not licensed to give financial advice in any jurisdiction. Decisions you make after reading this site are yours.
Stablecoins and crypto cards are regulated differently — or banned outright — depending on where you live. Checking what applies to you is your responsibility, not ours.
3. Paid reports
Paid reports are not on sale yet. This section describes the terms that will apply when they are, so you can read them before you buy anything.
You may:
- Read the report and quote short extracts with attribution to ucardly.com.
- Share it with colleagues inside the organisation that paid for it.
You may not:
- Republish it, in whole or in substantial part, anywhere public.
- Resell it, sublicense it, or bundle it into something you sell.
- Feed it to a model as training data, or use it to generate a competing report.
4. Email alert subscriptions
A subscription to the BTC indicator alerts is a recurring digital service, billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. It gives one person, at the address on the receipt, the emails described on the alerts page.
What you are paying for is the delivery of readings and their historical frequency. We do not promise a particular number of emails: the conditions are stated on the alerts page together with how often each has occurred over the period we measured, and some calendar years have produced none at all. That page is the authoritative list of conditions, and conditions may be added or changed there.
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Using it stops the emails but does not cancel the billing — cancel the subscription itself to stop future charges.
The alerts are not advice, not a recommendation, and not a signal to buy or sell. Section 2 applies to them in full.
5. Payment and delivery
Payments are handled by Waffo, which acts as merchant of record. That means Waffo — not us — is the seller on your receipt, and Waffo handles the payment, the invoice, and any sales tax or VAT. Your card details never reach us.
Reports are delivered as a download immediately after payment clears. If a download does not arrive, email us and we will resend it.
6. Refunds
See the refund policy. It forms part of these terms.
7. Links to other sites
We link to exchanges, card issuers, banks, and regulators. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they do, what they charge, or whether they will accept you as a customer.
Some outbound links are referral links, marked (ref) where they appear. If you sign up through one we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Referral arrangements never affect the fee calculations or the ranking of options shown on this site — the ordering code does not know which links pay us.
8. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the site. A subscription runs until you cancel it, or until it is cancelled under this section.
If you break the licence limits in section 3, or do any of the following, you are in breach of these terms:
- republishing, reselling, sublicensing or bundling a paid report;
- sharing subscription access or alert emails outside the organisation that paid for them;
- using the site or a report to train a model, or to build a competing product;
- scraping or automated access that degrades the service for other people;
- paying by a method you are not authorised to use.
Depending on how serious it is, we may then do any of the following:
- Ask you to stop, and to take the material down. For a first, minor breach this is normally all that happens, and you get a reasonable period to put it right.
- Suspend or terminate your access — the licence to a paid report, a subscription, or both. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will suspend rather than terminate, and restore access once it is fixed. A subscription terminated for breach is not refunded for the remaining period.
- Stop the alert emails and remove your address from the sending list.
- Require you to delete the material you copied, republished or resold, and to stop distributing it.
- Recover money we actually lost, plus reasonable costs, where the breach caused that loss — a resold report, for example. We will not claim more than we can show we lost.
- Report it to the payment provider, the host, or the relevant authority where we are required to, or where the breach involves fraud.
You can end this at any time: cancel the subscription, or stop using the site. Cancelling stops future charges; the refund policy covers the period already paid for.
If we terminate your access and you think we have it wrong, email us and we will look at it again. We will tell you which rule we think was broken and what we relied on.
Ending your access does not undo what came before: the licence limits in section 3 and the liability terms in section 9 continue to apply.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or of any report — including trading losses, fees you did not expect, blocked transactions, or a provider refusing or closing your account. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
